Here is a nifty Threadless Select tee, featuring visual puns of very popular dances. Can you name them without looking at the answer? One hint: None of the dance moves mentioned are from “Let’s Dance This Mess Around” by the B52s.

Today, I’ve started to make a Threadless-themed cake for ThreadCakes.com. The grand prize is one 12-Club subscription and lots of swag from the Junk Drawer ™!

For my cake, I’m using StingerStyler’s Happy When It Rains as the theme, and I see plenty of potential with that.

Wish me luck, as I’m saving my money for the O’Reilly OSCON ‘07 conference and I want to pinch pennies when I can. If I can win the 12-Club instead of buying one, that would save me 200 bux for renewal.

Life is full of directions and paths. Sometimes the choices you don’t make are just as important as those you do.

Shimala: “Butt-cheek heart!” LOL The erotic symbolism is heavy there. But the butt-cheek heart is the deal-breaker.

Mr Buchholz is on a very very hot streak, with his Gold Rush shirt. Added comedy “gold”: the various debris in the ground, including the toilet seat.

If you can’t draw, the camera’s for you! This hand-drawing is very nice and is such a good addition to any closet.

Finally…Nature’s Balance. Bright, Whimsical, Cheery…with the nice vibrant balance (!) of color.

Look at the back of the shirt for one familiar logo.

I have seen designs at Threadless that used the concept of global warming and the results were too preachy and/or too melancholy to wear. However, Huebucket has made a funny twist to the concept, plus it appealed to the Linux geek in me.

This penguin has super mojo workin’ overtime, with hot bikini ladies surrounding him. So hot that he’s working up a sweat. Someone mentioned in the thread that this will sell big at a Linux convention. So, if any Linux fans are interested, register and vote $5 on this design!

Every Monday, Threadless would release its new batch of shirts– limited edition, of course. This week, I want to congratulate Priscilla Wilson (ValorAndVellum) on winning the Owen Loves Threadless competition!

And as you may know, her Bicycle Race design was tapped for the January 2007 12 Club selection. One more print, and she’ll get tapped for the Select tee design. Congrats!

Tomorrow, I’ll begin my CompTIA A+ courses, and I’m really looking forward to learning how to repair computers as well as software troubleshooting. Thanks to an O’Reilly manual, I’ve learned to upgrade the motherboard, the processor in the desktop box. I also added RAM to both laptop and desktop boxen.*

And today is Threadless’ usual Monday releases. I’m hoping for something neat so I can order this shirt and another shirt:

Although Mr Lee did not meant to design a religious shirt, it has evoked the ancient imagery of the Passion (crown of thorns) and the Resurrection (the butterfly).   I’m inviting you to visit Threadless and look around the selection.  And 15 bux + handling can get you this great shirt!  Perfect for the Lenten season.
